@ethanjaack I'm just a single user since I don't work anymore but because I want to keep all of my emails still I made the switch to Google workspace and am much happier the 2 small issues I had, less then 24 hr to resolve... Nevermind multiple months

I'd say scrap M$, Jump to Google Workplace and then recover data from o365 as you can as dealing with M$ Support can take MONTHS (I have a ticket from NOVEMBER that hasn't been addressed!)
