I'm posting this here because there's nowhere else to send my grievances to. Nobody at FedEx gives a s*** about any of their customers. Literally there are people in the boardroom laughing at our complaints. They f****** think you're a joke. I got a email the other day saying that my package will be delivered by Tuesday at 2:40 p.m., waited all day and it didn't show up at all. Then they showed up at my house unannounced with any kind of warning at 10:00 in the morning while I was at a meeting and they didn't leave it at the door because it required a signature. Then I'm trying to call FedEx customer service they said the package is at the facility I can go pick it up with an ID card, I went all the way to the facility about 45 minutes away and it wasn't there and then they told me that they were going to have someone call me on the truck so I can meet up with them somewhere and that still hasn't happened and it won't from what they're telling me now. Now they're telling me tomorrow so I have to spend an entire f****** extra day waiting for their goddamn shitty f****** service. Fedex, I hate you I hate you so goddamn much. You don't give a f*** about us, you're not going to recompensate me for anything and you're just going to laugh at this post and I hope you have a terrible day. People pay good God damn money for your service and you just f*** us in the ass God I wish I could f****** see the person reading this right now and slap the s*** out of you f*** you
