@JG4President@FritoBets@LoriaKohl Will you be selling picks on your new service? Also am I doing the math wrong or have you bet a little less than 200k lifetime total?
@EV_Dingers If it’s not predictive then why post it? If you post about people being DUE for a DINGER from your page called +ev dingers people who don’t know better will tail. Also you write to “use as an edge, not the entire playbook” implying there is a predictive edge in there somewhere.
@NateDuncanNBA As an nhl owner he was very involved in management and team decisions, and cheap paying coaches and front office. But he hired a really strong analytics guy (current hurricanes gm) and built a very good team in spite of his meddling and cheapness, so I’m interested how it’ll go.
@NikLynam As a hoops fan I’ve found the addition of the play in to be great, even though I thought it would suck. Makes for more races (6th to avoid play in, 8th for home play in, 10th for a shot). Downside with hockey is it’s more variable so might get some weird results but could be ok.
@alain7@mckaycoppins It’s quite convenient that he recognized this right at the end of his assignment, as soon as he would have been risking his own money and right after he had manufactured a dramatic conclusion to his story, dumping the entirety of his risk free bankroll.
@mckaycoppins@roundrobin42 A transparently flawed experiment is still flawed. You wrote an article largely on the mental impact of gambling while not gambling a dollar, that’s pretty foundational to the experience of any gambler.
@GarretHohl From a recent Murat article: “Jonathan Toews is in a category of his own in that if he wants to come back, you can be sure Winnipeg will make room.” I was surprised to read that.
@FiddlesPicks@CallingOurShot I incorrectly thought they lotto’d the first 3 picks. But again don’t you rather pick 5 than 7 if you don’t win a top 4 pick?
