In an alley outside SF's Corgi Cafe, a 24-hour coffee shop operated by an AI insurance startup, around 50 people lined up Thursday evening to admire the latest tech company swag. Here's a taste of what that entailed.

The Origins of Corgi Cafe:
"A huge problem with San Francisco is that everything closes really early.
There are lots of startups that want to push themselves hard, but you can’t even find a cafe or a place to eat after 6:00 or 7:00 PM.
It’s a ridiculous situation, clearly most restaurants don’t have a growth mindset." @nico_laqua
Love to hear your thoughts on this @levelsio@davidu@jason@dhh
@karrisaarinen@weswinder Hey Karri, we actually have something coming out very soon that also is a competitor to the git protocol. Shoot me a dm if your interested I can send over a briefing
@md_kasif_uddin An announcement will be made by end of this Week. We’ve been working on an actual design software native with AI that’s 50x cheaper and can natively convert.
I hate the idea that companies can label something a design software when in reality it’s a glorified app builder.
@Pirat_Nation A couple problems with this argument. Steam and Roblox are both free, However Roblox focuses more on a In Game Purchase business vs Steam comprising mainly of paid games and a platform to manage your library.
@VadimStrizheus Forgive me if I'm wrong but isn't the Claude Subscription suppose to be for Claude Usage. Not API Usage. I don't think they're wrong for this.
