@stromunde @GH1876 Grassroots is shocking... coaches thinking they are the next big thing and prioritise physical attributes and results over actual development is a huge issue.

@cammay37 @GH1876 Agents work for themselves. Can't blame the players for having head turned by the money its life changing, but if they were given a proper chance in the first team in Scotland at a young age they may develop more and still get a big move make the money but actually progress.
