Another great weekend at Manchester 10k big Thankyou to Matt for looking after us all again this year. Just wasn’t happening today, just felt tired. A few days rest then heading over to Switzerland for some track racing, something a bit different. Well done to the other lads. 👍

The 129th Boston Marathon Finished.

Strong headwinds the whole way but was still an amazing race to compete in. Great feeling to cross the finish line & just missed out on a top 10 finish with an 11th place male finish.
