I don't post often, but I'm confident that my lack of posting will not result in problems later. It's what we post flippantly that may be misconstrued. I'm not above reproach by any means. Just want to encourage others to carefully consider what you share online.

@shelleywigley Yes, and while some scramble to achieve a sense of control, others who are already equipped are either buying something with their tax return, or trying to find ammo that has become increasingly rare.
@shelleywigley The frenzy during the Obama administration was before my time as a sporting goods associate. I knew of it from the other side of the phone as a customer service representative for FFLs who were calling in their background checks
@shelleywigley cannot. The 2nd amendment applies to all citizens, regardless of how they vote. I know it seems cliche, but all of those willing to wait hours for a chance to change their status as a gun owner, also will have a chance to stand in line to vote. That's when they are political.
@shelleywigley I don't believe there is a disproportionate amount of first-time buyers to people who already own, based on the circumstances. Nor would I pin any changes to their political leanings. I would, however, say that all humans experience fear and try to control the situations they 1-2
@shelleywigley state that it wasn't their first gun. Many have had state issued licences. There has been an increase in the amount of people who have an unfamiliarity with firearms in general similar to the shopping season when people are buying for a loved one. 2-2
