Only @Discovery_SA could make a loyal customer feel so cheated by a "free" benefit like this Personal Health Fund. First, by hiding the fact that there's a R1 000 cap (app showing you could still earn more), then by resetting the balance to zero at year-end with no warning.🙄

@Vitality_SA@Nespresso Great deal...or so I thought. When I try to order (over R800 to qualify for free delivery), Nespresso adds the delivery fee back after applying the voucher. Phoned and they say that's how it works, i.e. the order value after applying the voucher must be more than R800.👎🏻
@SamsungMobileSA Was advised on 1 November that my claim was successful, but haven't heard anything since. Emailed on the 11th - no response. Tried via WhatsApp, but can't see any delivery/tracking info. Please help...

@SamsungMobileSA I mistakenly entered the wrong IMEI number first time around (thanks to @TelkomZA who gave me a receipt with another customer's info). Emailed the correct info through after the claim was not validated. Was advised to start from scratch, but now it says IMEI already registered.
