@googlenest The command is obviously being interpreted right because my daughter just asks for the greatest showman soundtrack and it says replies with the full title of the album. The case ended with someone from the music support saying that my daughter needs to be 13 to have an account.

@googlenest The problem is that my 8 year old daughter is trying to play a couple of sound tracks, and then is told that the "play list" doesn't contain any songs. The same command works for me and my wife, and she can request any song in both the greatest showman and frozen sound tracks.

@googlenest I'm kind of at the point that if I can't talk with someone above initial level support I am done. I have spend about 5 hours chatting or on the phone with both @googlehome and @GooglePlayMusic support. It took about an hour chatting to get one of the two teams to own my case.

@GooglePlayMusic I did, and they effectively told me the same thing you did in your first tweet, though they said 13 not 18. This was after over an hour of being passed back and forth between the home and music teams. I have little interest in doing that again.

@GooglePlayMusic @GooglePlayMusic I don't see anything about 18 or above, the only mention of age is that under 13 a family manager needs to create the account.
