While it's amazing David Sullivan has gone from West Ham we must remember there are some very serious allegations against him and his potential victims need to be in our thoughts and we all should hope that justice plays out correctly. West ham is a beautiful club based on respect and the very best of people and we must always think about the victims.

This story has really upset me.

I am adopted and to be very clear I have two set of parents I have Birth Parents and i have adopted parents.

My Birth Parents where toxic child abusing vermin but they are and always will be referred to as my Birth Parents.

My adopted parents who are my Mum and Dad are super hero’s who adopted me at the age of 6 and saved my life.

Language matters I don’t want to refer to the people who gave birth to me as Mum and Dad they are just two people who gave birth to me they didn’t raise me they didn’t do anything all they did was beat and abuse me.

So I completely agree with the Scottish prison service and the language they use. It’s not erasing someone sex, it’s actually about protecting the child I genuinely don’t think people realise how difficult it is growing up adopted and having 2 sets of parents.

The UK at night during a heatwave is basically a live Bushtucker Trial.

You crack the window open and somehow every insect in a 10 mile radius gets the group chat notification.

Next thing you know:

• A moth the size of a pigeon smacks you in the forehead

• 14 tiny flies are doing laps round the ceiling light

• There’s a spider built like a bouncer sat in the corner watching you sleep

• And some mystery buzzing brat keeps flying past your ear then vanishing when you turn the light on

Meanwhile you’re laid there sweating your knackers off because if you shut the window you can’t breathe… but if you leave it open your bedroom turns into Jumanji. 😂
