Instead of asking:
"What am I going to teach today?"

Ask this.

"How will I design class to produce evidence of learning?"

That's how we start to change Tier 1 instruction.
Learning is the job.

It was so great to work at the Denton County Health @WeAreDCPH Covid Vaccination site this morning at @TXMotorSpeedway What an amazing experience to see over 1000 people an hour getting their vaccines. It was the largest site so far in the state and perhaps the country.
