Icon Composer 2 is beyond better than IC1 versions.

The Liquid Glass looks so much more realistic and we have more granular control.

Just being able to change the refraction is pretty amazing.

The Xcode 27 Device Hub feature is pretty insane for how responsive it is. Esp on a MacBook Air in 95° heat with 10% battery.

Xcode also feels a little faster compared to 26.

Liquid Glass is a night and day difference from iOS 26 😳

@BrandonButch Beta 1 on 16PM was pretty good, no major issues. On a 17PM it’s the opposite. Very hot and very slow.

I think it’s doing some trickery under the hood by stitching Live Photo frames together but it’s pretty good.

@birdman_in_tech My icons from iOS 26 look pretty different in 27. Seems like they did something with layering, all my layers were slightly moved and the opacity messes with the views too so a slight redesign is going to be needed I guess
