@FirstBSA please explain how I get money back I was allowed to purchase two tickets on my phone app for wife and I yet not allowed to use 2 tickets on one phone apparently? Driver on way didn't say anything on way home driver wouldn't let us so had to use card
@virginmedia The issue is yes but can't bring myself to phone customer services again, I'm looking at other providers then I'll be phoning to cancel virgin, which is sad after nearly 15 years with you. You just don't care any more
@virginmedia TBH I've had nothing but problems for couple months I've phoned up few times just go round circles, time before last was told engineer needed to come out if last thing didn't work...that didn't and engineer not needed now, apparently I need to pay more money!

Well... after being hung up on yesterday by the call centre and no one helping me.....I was quite surprised to receive this survey to complete today! Honest answers given... #virginmedia i will be leaving, awful customer service @virginmedia
@virginmedia Told me there's nothing they could do tonight I'd have to talk to someone tomorrow, when I asked for his name and to be pot through to cancel account department.... he hung up!
Customer service used to be so good @virginmedia it's atrocious now. Problems for ages with broadband/wifi being told different things every time I phone up.... still waiting for call back from a manager. Time to move to @SkyUK after many years .... sad times

@virginmedia 20 minutes on hold..... I'm off to work in a minute so will have to hang up. I'm so angry right now, internet is awful and now customer service also bad, thinking I might look into @BT or @SkyUK now this is ridiculous
@virginmedia On phone now.... its telling me there's a 15 min wait on hold..... it's not going well for virgin at moment!! Over 3 hours waiting for what was promised as half hour call back... now this!
