Yet, your customer service team refuse to help. The last call I was told someone will reach out. There has been weeks of silence since.
This has left us in a bad situation

@AerLingus The customer service from your support team has been horrendous. We contacted numerous times. We changed our return flight on the 10th Oct, from Wed 1st Jan to Friday 3rd January.
I got confirmation the change was made on the app as per attached.
See thread (1/3)
Yet still no update on ‘My Trips’ to reflect this change.
You haven’t even sent a confirmation email.
Business and family plans have all been made around this special time of year since the change was confirmed.

The death of my father and hundreds of others on the A5 since his death was caused by the design and condition of the road. Saving further death is no “vanity project”. Horrible, insensitive language from the objectors. Hang your heads.
The @stmikesgaa ladies managed by @TyroneGAALive@C_Na_nGael legend @tyronenumberone had an opening day league victory over @StPatsToronto - well done to both sets of players and management. The irrepressible Erin Loughnane @ardboegfc continues to roll back the years with another outstanding performance for the Mikes.
There's more to @TyroneGAALive than football, with the county's hurlers making considerable progress under the stewardship of Stephen McGarry.

You can take the man out of Tyrone but you can’t take the Tyrone out of the man. Sean Harte RIP @canadagaa@LoughmacroryGAA went out of his way to help Gaels from all over the island but Tyrone people were given a special welcome. Sean was Mr Canadian GAA and a giant of the GAA. Although resident in Toronto it was as if he never left home. It is with great sadness that we learn today of the passing of one of greatest gaels of the modern era. Sean worked tirelessly to establish a strong sense of what it means to be an Irish man and grow the games in one of the biggest countries of the world, Canada. His legacy will live long after his time on this earth. Our deepest sympathy to his wife Noelle, son Justin and daughter Catherine. Ar dheist Dé go raibh a anam dílis.
Ulster GAA is saddened to hear of the passing of Sean Harte.
Sincere condolences to his wife Noelle, son Justin, daughter Catherine and wider family, and all in @canadagaa, @stmikesgaa, @LoughmacroryGAA & @TyroneGAALive.

I asked Michael McShane what he thought of Damian Casey RIP, this is what he said...
No-one will forget Damian Casey as Tyrone hurlers prepare for new season via @irishnewssport https://t.co/A8KdiAeAq1
Since 2007 44 lives have been lost on the A5.
Communities and families torn apart.
The GAA family in Tyrone is saying ENOUGH and demanding action on the A5 upgrade.
