I'm loving all the Super Bowl marketing analysis. Comparisons between tv ad buys and social media platforms is super interesting. Probably a bit apples/oranges but it paints an interesting picture of the type of decisions marketers are faced with. https://t.co/HHGrguHUPk #BMC382
@C_JONES______ I have found that tools like OBS, Canva, Filmora and XSplit have made video editing and creating content, which before seemed super challenging, a little less so. Now with Reels and Tiktok I see so many of my friends jumping head first into video content and they look like pros!
@C_JONES______ Totally agree with you. My knowledge about Pinterest was pretty shallow before this course but, I'm definitely learning that the potential for brand marketing is much deeper than I imagined.
This is a read about how quickly the social media landscape can change. The rapid rise of TikTok over 4 years is something to watch/learn from. https://t.co/FXbg0fNZe6

Not sure these are the 3 strategies at the top of my list after what we've been learning in #BMC382 recently. The concept of "know, like, trust", understanding audience and knowing unique nature of individual platforms has really stuck with me though. https://t.co/586wRrkcyB
Lots of good trends identified here: https://t.co/zkiSPMYgO9 Lots of it won't new info for #BMC382 but, I'm most interested in the concept of people "looking for an immersive experience and will turn to social media for more long-form content versus typical short-form content.
@PaigeRoss1@Moz Thanks for this. This goes into really good detail and there are some great suggestions someone could quickly implement for better results. Once you wrap your head around how SERPs/SEO function it is easy to make these sorts of changes/additions! At least for me anyways!
@C_JONES______ Totally agree. The readings have definitely given me some new perspective on the potential opportunities that this platform has to offer. It's been really interesting to read about the unique aspects of the various social media platforms and their distinct features. #BMC382
"Finfluencer" - not a term I had heard yet but as people turn to social media more for news/info it makes sense that $$ advice pops up more. The question of trust is a big one though. #BMC382 https://t.co/FPW4VG5SPB
@C_JONES______ Thanks for sharing this post. I think the idea of real time sentiment tracking to avoid a costly PR crisis is something more brands are learning to do after seeing others learn the hard way!
"...with the changes in how social media content is delivered, it’s no longer just about how many people like your page. It’s about how many people love your brand."
This concept has been on my mind a lot heading into 2022 re social/digital media #BMC382 https://t.co/knlA8L8NfW
@reneemactavish Thanks Renee! I'm looking forward to it as well. This is my third course with the DM stream and so far I've been really enjoying it. How about for you?
