Fully understand @SouthwestAir doesn’t care about customers, multiple maintenance issues in one evening on Southwest flights is very disturbing. Says a lot about the care that they take of their fleet.

[Sean @Seanholloway]

Dang @SouthwestAir this plane is so bad they are making us get off… @SouthwestAir doesn’t take care of their planes or passengers!!!

[Sean @Seanholloway]

Wow @SouthwestAir
Had my first flight tonight delayed close to 3 hours due to a “maintenance issue”. Got on the second flight and had to return to the gate for another maintenance issue. Is this the quality of your aircraft? Does the @DOGE_FAA know how you operate? @POTUS HELP!

[Sean @Seanholloway]

@elonmusk Hey @elonmusk can I complain about @uhaul here? I’ll pay to take over their blue checks after the way I’ve been treated after my family‘s entire life was stolen because I rented a @uhaul

[Sean @Seanholloway]

@UHaul_Cares Sent them a message, but they don’t have time to respond.

Be warned, this is the level of customer service and empathy you can expect from a company like @uhaul @UHaul_Cares

[Sean @Seanholloway]

Rent an @uhaul

@uhaul truck gets stolen with everything my family owns in it.

My 4 year old wants to know where his stuffed animals are.

@uhaul customer service response?

“Oh, well good luck with that”

[Sean @Seanholloway]

Told @uhaul the truck I rented from them got stolen

they told me they can’t do anything about it until they recover the truck from my possession

@SenMarkKelly this the kind of company AZ wants to support?

@WhiteHouse this is the America we’re supposed to be proud of?

[Sean @Seanholloway]

@UHaul_Cares If one more person from @uhaul tells me to have great day…

just got off the phone with an area manager who told me that I needed to “see the light”

Great customer service

[Sean @Seanholloway]

Is @UHaul_Cares a comedy account?

Because I’ve talked to six people at @uhaul that definitely don’t care.

[Sean @Seanholloway]

@WyndhamHotels You can message me

[Sean @Seanholloway]

Well. Staying at a @WyndhamHotels and my families entire life was stolen from the parking lot.

And what does the staff here do? Nothing.

On a level from 1-10, how relieved are you that President Biden is in the White House?
