These are the rules that ALL member schools play by.
It’s not unfair, it’s how it is.
Get rid of the multiplier all together, go to straight seeding of all schools, then cry when your 6-3 team doesn’t make the playoffs

The IHSA needs to seed the games. Yes this is hard to do and makes for longer travel, esp for central and southern IL, but so what?
Set classes based on enrollment, add a multiplier if you want, then seed teams.
The best teams will win
