The biggest level up I have made this year is taking the time to build internal tools for the team.

Content management, AI analytics & reporting... it is all about finding gaps in knowledge or productivity - then building apps to plug them.

I suspect a lot of SEOs and growth peeps are in a similar position: maybe you have the technical knowledge and skills needed to build, but not necessarily the time.

Claude Code helped plug that gap for me: when I get burned out in the evening, instead of gaming I now fire up Cursor and start hacking.

The simple @whop app I vibe-coded has been way more successful than I anticipated - currently sat at 25th most used app today.

From looking at where it has been installed it is pretty obvious why: there are many 10,000s of communities on Whop outside of the core/most popular niches - and there aren't as many apps available yet catering to these areas.

So if you build an app that helps creators add value to their whop in a niche where there currently aren't as many apps available, like say health & fitness or AI - you can quickly get new users and dominate your category.

* Allow multiple users to jump on and co-stream with you (video/audio/screenshare) without them having to download anything
* No ads
* Play any music you want
* Sell memberships, courses or any digital product, all from the same platform
* Collect email addresses of users that join your stream
* Get your stream listed on the Whop homepage when you go live
