PILLAR was engaged by a Saudi paper factory in Jeddah to undertake an engine overhaul project on a 4MW Diesel Generators with a tight timeline. The factory required four Wartsila 12V32LN Generators to be overhauled in only 50 days

The propeller required straightening, welding, polishing, statically balancing.

6. Pressure test for cylinder head for leaks as per the manufacturer recommendation.

1. Pressure test as per manufacturer specifications.

2. NDT crack test.

3. Chemically clean.
