This should upset every American
You can buy a large can of Pringles, a box of Mac and cheese, a family size box of name brand cereal and a full pack of Chips Ahoy cookies all together for about the same price as one small bag of sweet potatoes or Brussels sprouts
This is why so many Americans choose junk. Good food is extensive and junk is much cheaper by comparison
And when you think about it, it really makes no sense. Because a few loose Brussels sprouts shouldn’t cost more than items with 40 ingredients that needs to be put in packaging
It’s almost like we’re supposed to choose the bad food so we have health issues and they can make more money off us getting sick….
Remember even Calley Means says he worked for Big Food and the pharmaceutical industry and he said they absolutely work together to keep us sick

AUSTRALIA TO CONDUCT LARGEST WILD-BIRD VACCINATION EXPERIMENT EVER ATTEMPTED
5,000 wild little penguins will be CAPTURED, MICROCHIPPED, and VACCINATED TWICE with an H5N2 bird-flu vaccine developed for chickens.
The risks are enormous: vaccinated birds can still become infected and shed virus, allowing silent transmission while vaccine-induced immune pressure favors escape variants and antigenic drift.
Influenza viruses can also reassort when different strains co-infect the same host, creating novel viral combinations.
The vaccine supplier, Zoetis, has received nearly $30 million in grants from the Gates Foundation, including funding involving poultry health, veterinary medicines, vaccines, and diagnostics.
This is a massive, irreversible biological experiment on a wild population and needs to be stopped.
“Every record has been destroyed or falsified, every book rewritten, every picture has been repainted, every statue and street building has been renamed, every date has been altered. And the process is continuing day by day and minute by minute. History has stopped. Nothing exists except an endless present in which the Party is always right.”
George Orwell, 1984
I hope everyone will read Dave Ramsey’s comments about going cashless. It’s a two minute read. No one has explained it better. He brings up several situations I'd never considered.
I took this picture of my receipt in my beautiful town Kerrville Texas. I support this and I can see how this could affect our kids by having gaps in work ethic, financial literacy, and community connection.
Dave Ramsey repost:
HERE'S WHAT NO CASH ACTUALLY MEANS:
A cashless society means no cash. Zero. It doesn’t mean mostly cashless and you can still use a ‘wee bit of cash here & there’. Cashless means fully digital, fully traceable, fully controlled. I think those who support a cashless society aren’t fully aware of what they are asking for. A cashless society means:
* If you are struggling with your mortgage on a particular month, you can’t do an odd job to get you through.
* Your child can’t go & help the local farmer to earn a bit of summer cash.
* No more cash slipped into the hands of a child as a good luck charm or from their grandparent when going on holidays.
* No more money in birthday cards.
* No more piggy banks for your child to collect pocket money & to learn about the value of earning.
* No more cash for a rainy day fund or for that something special you have been putting $20 a week away for.
* No more little jobs on the side because your wages barely cover the bills or put food on the table.
* No more charity collections.
* No more selling bits & pieces from your home that you no longer want/need for a bit of cash in return.
* No more cash gifts from relatives or loved ones.
What a cashless society does guarantee:
* Banks have full control of every single penny you own.
* Every transaction you make is recorded.
* All your movements & actions are traceable.
* Access to your money can be blocked at the click of a button when/if banks need ‘clarification’ from you which will take about 3 weeks, a thousand questions answered & five thousand passwords.
* You will have no choice but to declare & be taxed on every dollar in your possession.
* The government WILL decide what you can & cannot purchase.
* If your transactions are deemed in any way questionable, by those who create the questions, your money will be frozen, ‘for your own good’.
Forget about cash being dirty. Stop being so easily led. Cash has been around for a very, very, very long time & it gives you control over how you trade with the world. It gives you independence.
If you are a customer, pay with cash. If you are a shop owner, remove those ridiculous signs that ask people to pay by card. Cash is a legal tender, it is our right to pay with cash. Banks are making it increasingly difficult to lodge cash.
Please open your eyes. Please stop believing everything you are being told. Almost every single topic in today’s world is tainted with corruption & hidden agendas.
Pay with cash & please say no to a cashless society while you still have the choice.
This is one of the most famous paintings in the world, and almost no one knows the haunting story of the woman lying in the water...
This is Ophelia, by John Everett Millais, finished in 1852. The scene is from Hamlet, the young woman who loses her mind after the man she loves kills her father, and drowns in a stream while singing and gathering flowers.
Millais caught the instant before she goes under, hands open, lips still parted in song, her gown pulling her down. In the play, her death is almost a throwaway. It happens offstage, and the queen simply reports it afterward:
"There is a willow grows aslant a brook... When down her weedy trophies and herself fell in the weeping brook."
A few more lines, and the story moves on. Millais took that half-second and spent the better part of a year on it.
Every flower in the water is real, painted with the obsessive botanical precision the Pre-Raphaelites were famous for, and almost every one carries a hidden meaning. The pansies floating on her dress stood for love in vain. The violets around her neck meant faithfulness. The daisy near her hand, innocence. The weeping willow leaning over her was the old symbol of forsaken love. And bright against her gown, one red poppy: the flower of sleep and death, which Shakespeare never mentioned, and which Millais added himself. He built the whole tragedy into the foliage, in a language his Victorian viewers could read like text, and which we drift right past today.
To get the water right, Millais did something extraordinary: he painted the river first, outdoors, on the banks of a stream in Surrey, sitting there for five months, recording every leaf and reed. Then, through the following winter, he painted the girl. Her name was Elizabeth Siddal. She was twenty-two, discovered working in a hat shop, and she would become the great tragic figure of this whole story.
To pose as the drowning Ophelia, Siddal lay for hours in a bathtub of water in Millais’s studio, wearing an antique silver gown he had bought for the purpose. It was winter, so he set oil lamps beneath the tub to keep the water warm. One day, absorbed in his work, Millais did not notice that the lamps had gone out. Siddal, the perfect model, said nothing and did not move, and lay there in the freezing water until the session ended. She caught a severe cold that turned to pneumonia.
She recovered, but never fully, and she never posed for Millais again. And here is the detail that turns this painting into something almost unbearable to look at: ten years later Elizabeth Siddal died of an overdose of laudanum, the opium drug that Victorians took by the spoonful. She was thirty-two.
Look again at that single red poppy Millais slipped into the picture, the flower that has always meant both sleep and death, and that opium is made from.
He painted a beautiful young woman playing a girl who drowns. He could not have known he was also depicting her fate.
Some paintings do not stay inside their frames...
We're back - thanks for all of the support over the past week, it was great to see the Australian right come together, which we need to do more often.
There is still a lot we don't know, eg. if there really was a legal demand and if so what it was, but while X rejected multiple appeals, it allowed this name change, pending review.
We were also demonetised on Facebook on the weekend and given reach restrictions there and on Instagram, with no way for us to see which posts allegedly broke Meta's rules, and no way to request a review or to appeal, which is unusual.
Regardless, please follow us on all our other platforms - Facebook, Instagram, Telegram and Gab - if you don't already, in case this gets even worse and we get banned again.
Clearly there is some kind of concerted effort to get us removed from social media, but we're not going to stop covering the news the way it should be covered.
This just makes us more determined, and hopefully exposes double standards on press freedom - if you are a woke media corporation you can publish pretty much anything you want (you can even dox people) and the government will give you millions and force the social media giants to pay you millions more. But if you are a small, independent, right-wing outlet that only publishes factual stories none of that applies.
Ultimately, the tech companies are always going to do the bidding of governments and powerful lobby groups, which means that if any of us want to survive on social media without massive self-censorship, we a) need free speech rights, and b) need to be in government and have our own more powerful lobby groups.
Good God

In 1949, bedridden French artist Henri Matisse used a long bamboo stick with charcoal to sketch designs on his bedroom wall for the Chapel of the Rosary in Vence.
By the late 1940s, Henri Matisse was largely confined to bed or a wheelchair following surgery for intestinal cancer in 1941. Unable to stand at an easel for long periods, he adapted his creative process by attaching charcoal to the end of a long bamboo pole, allowing him to draw directly on the walls and ceiling of his bedroom. These full-scale sketches became working templates for the Chapel of the Rosary in Vence, France, a project Matisse considered the culmination of his life's work.
The chapel, completed in 1951, featured stained-glass windows, ceramic murals, liturgical vestments, and interior decoration designed almost entirely by Matisse. Rather than relying on elaborate detail, he used bold black lines and brilliant colors to create a space filled with light and simplicity. Despite failing health, he devoted four years to the project, calling it "the masterpiece of my existence."
Unable to paint conventionally, Matisse also pioneered his famous "cut-outs" during this period, cutting painted paper into organic shapes. These late works, created in his seventies and eighties, transformed modern art and influenced generations of abstract artists.

Babies are born with LOW vitamin K on purpose — it’s not a flaw. It’s God’s perfect design.
Cord blood is packed with stem cells specifically meant to repair the physical stress and micro-trauma of birth.
Low vitamin K keeps the blood naturally thin so those stem cells can flow freely and travel exactly where they’re needed — to heal tissues, support organ repair, and jumpstart the newborn’s developing systems without premature clotting getting in the way.
God made it this way so the baby’s own cord blood stem cells can circulate optimally in those critical first moments and hours.
Thin blood = maximum mobility for healing. High clotting factors right at birth would slow or trap those precious stem cells, interfering with their God-given job.
Benefits of lower vitamin K at birth (by design):
• Stem cells & cord blood: Allows unrestricted travel of hematopoietic stem cells throughout the body to repair birth trauma, reduce inflammation, and support tissue regeneration.
• Immune system: Cord blood stem cells help establish and strengthen the newborn’s naive immune system. Low vitamin K ensures they reach the bone marrow, thymus, and other sites without clotting interference.
• Neurological & organ protection: Stem cells can migrate to the brain and vital organs to protect against the oxidative stress of labor and delivery.
• Natural timing: Colostrum (that first “liquid gold”) is rich in natural vitamin K — delivered orally, slowly, and gently through breastfeeding exactly when the baby needs it. God’s perfect dose at the perfect moment.
Instead, we cut the cord early (stealing up to 30-40% of the baby’s blood volume and those vital stem cells), then inject synthetic vitamin K loaded with polysorbate 80, propylene glycol, benzyl alcohol, and sometimes aluminum — straight into an immune system that’s barely online.
Why are we “fixing” what God already designed perfectly?
Think about it before you consent.
Nature doesn’t make mistakes. God doesn’t either.
Delay cord clamping. Keep the cord blood. Trust colostrum. Respect the design.
Your baby’s body was fearfully and wonderfully made. ❤️
@iL1keTurtles@RetrieverLeo@nemagovau People built homes long before governments. Trees, logs, rammed earth, bark etc. Conch shells and yodelling, pigeon-mail or a cooee good for sending messages.
I spent 12 years under medical care before my heart attack. Seven blood panels. Every one flagged my LDL. Not one doctor tested my homocysteine.
Homocysteine is an amino acid that, when elevated, cracks the lining of your arteries and drives the oxidative stress that turns normal LDL into the oxidized form that causes heart disease. It is one of the most dangerous markers in cardiovascular science. And most doctors never order the test.
What controls your homocysteine? An enzyme called MTHFR.
When MTHFR works properly, it converts homocysteine into methionine. Cleanup happens. Arterial walls stay smooth. Oxidative stress stays low.
When MTHFR is impaired by a genetic variant, homocysteine builds up. It cracks the endothelium. It inflames the arterial wall. It creates the exact environment where LDL oxidation accelerates and plaque forms.
Up to 40% of people carry this variant. Most will never know. Their doctor will test their LDL, write a statin prescription, and never ask why their arteries are inflamed in the first place.
Here is what you can do about it. Methylated B vitamins, specifically methylfolate and methylcobalamin, support the MTHFR pathway even with the variant. Reducing processed food lowers homocysteine. So does managing stress, healing your gut, and eating nutrient dense whole foods.
A simple homocysteine blood test tells you whether your cleanup system is working. It costs almost nothing. Ask for it by name.
The gene loads the vulnerability. Your lifestyle decides whether it activates.
