@grumpydarlings yeah sounds like you have a knotted muscle. Sometimes particularly large ones, like the ones in our shoulders, can affect other parts of nearby muscles, like the neck or arm. Try doing some stretches of your shoulder, specifically ones that pull your arm down and/or the right.
