@YaleE360 @SeaAroundUs What country in the world is going to turn down greenbacks for fish? Not only is this ridiculously impractical and unenforceable, it's not likely to regenerate stocks evenly. There are lots of contributing factors to the decline of wild fish stocks and overfishing is only 1.
