@SeattleKraken How about some nights promoting hockey. You could do a night promoting youth hockey. One other idea is to promote kids who are chasing the dream and playing junior hockey and college hockey. Let the fans enjoy hockey!

This has been determined by the Supreme Court countless times. Get 2/3 of the states to ratify a change to the Constitution.

The Constitution is not a living document to be interpreted how you want it to be. It is to be interpreted to when it was written. No federal armies existed.
