@hdanielb @Yenthe666 Nobody wants partner to "only" sell. The 3 KPIs we use for grading partners (measuring the success of the partnership):
- new users = ability to sell
- retention = customer satisfaction
- certification = partners knowledge

We downgrade partners who have bad customer satisfaction
