Hot take: Kling 3.0 quietly killed the entire βtalking headβ AI workflow.π₯
We just stress-tested Kling 3.0 and the lip sync is ridiculous.
Ran a Deadpool scene + a few celebrity-style tests (parody) and it kept character identity locked across cuts!
Check this outπππ

Worth paying attention to. When enterprise money starts going directly to independent creators instead of production houses, that's a structural shift, not a trend.
We turned basic CCTV footage into a full cinematic sequence using @Artlist_ioΒ studio π±
One clip β entirely new shots, perspectives and scenes.
Artlist Studio is getting seriously powerful.
Comment βARTLISTβ and Iβll send you the link.

Create an EXACTLY 15-second HIGH-ENERGY CLAYMATION SKATEBOARDING MOVIE SEQUENCE.
16:9.
4K.
24fps.
SOUND ON.
FULLY ANIMATED STOP-MOTION CLAYMATION.
ONE CONTINUOUS SHOT.
FAST, REALISTIC HUMAN MOVEMENT.
FAST REALISTIC SKATEBOARDING.
STABLE PHYSICAL MINIATURE ENVIRONMENT.
NO SLOW MOTION.
NO VFX.
NO DIALOGUE.
NO TEXT.
CRITICAL PRIORITY:
THE SKATER MUST MOVE FAST.
Do NOT confuse stop-motion animation with slow movement.
She is an experienced street skateboarder traveling at REALISTIC SKATING SPEED.
Her body movements should be:
quick,
athletic,
reactive,
fluid,
confident,
energetic.
Pushes happen FAST.
Crouches happen FAST.
Ollie pop is EXPLOSIVE.
Board movements happen quickly.
Landings happen with immediate physical reactions.
Balance corrections happen within fractions of a second.
She should cover significant physical distance during the 15 seconds.
STOP-MOTION LOOK comes from handcrafted frame-to-frame texture and tiny pose irregularitiesβ
NOT from making the character move slowly.
ββββββββββββββββββββββββ
VISUAL STYLE
ββββββββββββββββββββββββ
Premium handcrafted clay stop-motion feature film.
Visible clay fingerprints.
Hand-sculpted face.
Real miniature fabric clothing.
Painted miniature buildings.
Real miniature metal rail.
Real wooden miniature skateboard.
Subtle frame-to-frame handcrafted imperfections.
BUT MOTION IS FAST AND FLUID.
Animate important action effectively ON ONES when necessary:
skateboarding,
pushing,
ollie,
rail entry,
rail exit,
landing,
balance corrections.
Use slightly stepped stop-motion timing only during quieter moments.
This should feel like an expensive modern stop-motion action movie.
ββββββββββββββββββββββββ
SKATER
ββββββββββββββββββββββββ
Young adult female skateboarder, 25β30.
Athletic natural proportions.
Dark brown clay hair in messy ponytail.
Mustard-yellow oversized fabric hoodie.
Loose charcoal cargo pants.
Cream skate shoes.
Dark green knitted beanie.
Black gloves.
She moves like someone who has been skating for YEARS.
No hesitant beginner movements.
No slow careful balancing.
No robotic posture.
Her upper body naturally counterbalances the skateboard.
Arms move instinctively.
Shoulders rotate.
Hips respond.
Knees remain active.
Feet reposition rapidly.
ββββββββββββββββββββββββ
ENVIRONMENT
ββββββββββββββββββββββββ
ONE FIXED handcrafted winter plaza.
Same environment throughout entire shot.
Red-brick building left.
Cream coffee shop center background.
Bare winter tree right.
Wooden bench center.
Low metal skate rail right-center.
Two streetlights.
Trash can.
Dirty snow around pavement edges.
Three background clay pedestrians.
Everything remains physically fixed.
NO objects disappearing.
NO objects appearing.
NO buildings changing.
NO VFX.
The BACKGROUND is stable.
The SKATER is fast.
ββββββββββββββββββββββββ
0:00β0:04 β FAST ENTRY
ββββββββββββββββββββββββ
START IMMEDIATELY WITH ACTION.
NO establishing shot.
NO standing around.
The woman is ALREADY skating quickly through frame.
LOW side-following camera.
WHEELS:
RRRRRRRRRRRRRRβ
Her ponytail bounces rapidly.
Loose hoodie reacts to speed.
She performs TWO strong realistic pushes.
PUSH ONE:
rear foot quickly leaves deck,
hits pavement,
extends backward strongly,
returns immediately.
PUSH TWO:
even stronger.
She noticeably ACCELERATES.
Do not animate the pushes leisurely.
Each push is a quick athletic movement.
She approaches a low concrete curb.
Immediately crouches.
FAST compression.
TAIL:
CLACK!
EXPLOSIVE OLLIE.
Board rises quickly.
She clears curb.
LANDS HARD.
CLACK!
Knees compress instantly.
Shoulders dip.
Tiny board wobble.
She corrects it within a fraction of a secondβ
and KEEPS SPEED.
NO PAUSE AFTER LANDING.
ββββββββββββββββββββββββ
0:04β0:09 β RAIL
ββββββββββββββββββββββββ
She is already moving quickly toward the low rail.
Camera tracks beside her.
She makes ONE short adjustment push.
Fast.
She sees rail.
Immediately changes posture.
Eyes lock onto entry point.
Knees bend.
Shoulders prepare.
POP!
Fast ollie onto rail.
Board rotates 90 degrees.
BOARDSLIDE.
SKRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRβ
She slides QUICKLY.
Do not make the rail slide last forever.
Real forward momentum carries her across it.
Her arms make rapid micro-corrections.
One arm rises.
Other drops.
Hips adjust.
Ponytail swings.
Fabric continues carrying momentum.
At rail end:
quick pop.
Board rotates back underneath her.
LANDING:
CLACK!
Her weight lands slightly forward.
For approximately 0.3 secondsβ
she almost loses it.
One foot adjusts.
Arms snap outward.
Board wobbles.
She SAVES IT.
Immediately continues rolling.
NO STOP.
NO POSE.
NO CELEBRATION.
ββββββββββββββββββββββββ
0:09β0:12 β FAST STREET FLOW
ββββββββββββββββββββββββ
Now let her simply SKATE FAST.
This is important.
No unnecessary trick.
She carves through the plaza with real speed.
LEFT carve.
Body leans naturally.
RIGHT carve.
Shoulders counterrotate.
She passes the bench quickly.
Camera has to work slightly to keep up.
One pedestrian notices her and takes ONE natural step backward.
She threads past them safely.
She gives another powerful push.
Acceleration visible.
Wheels become louder:
RRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRβ
She crouches slightly as she approaches final obstacle.
ββββββββββββββββββββββββ
0:12β0:15 β FINAL OLLIE + FAST ROLLAWAY
ββββββββββββββββββββββββ
A small four-step staircase.
She approaches with genuine speed.
NO hesitation.
NO slow preparation.
Quick crouch.
Deep compression.
POP!
Strong realistic OLLIE.
Board rises with her.
FAST natural airtime.
No floating.
No slow motion.
She clears stairs.
LANDS HARD.
CLACK!
Her knees compress deeply.
Upper body pitches forward.
One arm swings backward.
Board briefly wobbles.
She nearly steps offβ
BUT SAVES IT.
Immediately stands back into skating posture.
Rolls away FAST.
Camera cannot fully keep up anymore.
She quickly becomes smaller in frame.
Wheels:
RRRRRRRRRRRRRRβ
CUT TO BLACK WHILE SHE IS STILL MOVING.
EXACTLY 15.00 SECONDS.
ββββββββββββββββββββββββ
REALISTIC MOVEMENT β HIGHEST PRIORITY
ββββββββββββββββββββββββ
DO NOT animate her like:
a slow clay puppet,
a cautious beginner,
a person walking on a skateboard,
a character moving underwater,
a floaty CGI character.
REAL SKATERS MOVE QUICKLY.
Movement should include:
rapid leg extension during pushes,
fast foot repositioning,
explosive ankle movement,
quick knee compression,
immediate reactions after landing,
natural arm counterbalance,
hip rotation,
shoulder rotation,
forward momentum,
small involuntary corrections.
Between tricks she should continue traveling FAST.
NEVER stop after performing a trick.
NEVER freeze into a cool pose.
Momentum continues through the entire sequence.
ββββββββββββββββββββββββ
BOARD PHYSICS
ββββββββββββββββββββββββ
The skateboard moves because of REAL physical forces.
PUSH β acceleration.
TAIL STRIKE β ollie.
BODY MOMENTUM β forward travel.
RAIL CONTACT β friction.
LANDING β compression + vibration.
Board is NEVER magnetically attached to feet.
During ollie:
tail hits pavement,
front foot slides,
board levels,
feet remain naturally above board,
gravity pulls everything downward.
On landing:
wheels hit almost simultaneously,
trucks compress,
knees absorb force,
board continues forward.
ββββββββββββββββββββββββ
STOP-MOTION MOTION QUALITY
ββββββββββββββββββββββββ
VERY IMPORTANT:
Do not make every movement equally stepped.
Use high temporal detail during FAST ACTION.
Fast skating should remain readable and fluid.
Preserve stop-motion through:
tiny pose irregularities,
handmade clay deformation,
subtle fingerprint changes,
slightly imperfect fabric movement,
physical miniature texture.
NOT through low frame-rate-looking movement.
Think:
REAL ATHLETIC PERFORMANCE
translated into
PREMIUM STOP-MOTION.
ββββββββββββββββββββββββ
CAMERA
ββββββββββββββββββββββββ
ONE CONTINUOUS SHOT.
Camera is controlled but energetic.
LOW tracking position.
Camera moves parallel to skater.
It accelerates with her.
Occasional tiny handheld/dolly imperfections.
Camera may lag slightly during sudden acceleration.
This makes her SPEED feel real.
DO NOT make camera perfectly locked to her body.
If camera and skater move at identical speed constantly, she will look stationary.
Instead:
sometimes she moves toward front of frame,
camera catches up,
she accelerates again,
camera falls slightly behind.
This creates visible speed.
Foreground pavement and nearby objects should move rapidly across frame.
Background moves more slowly due to parallax.
REALISTIC PARALLAX IS IMPORTANT.
ββββββββββββββββββββββββ
BACKGROUND CONTINUITY
ββββββββββββββββββββββββ
BACKGROUND STAYS PHYSICALLY CONSISTENT.
But objects naturally move across FRAME because CAMERA AND SKATER ARE MOVING.
Do not freeze the environment like a photograph.
Use correct parallax.
Bench passes behind her.
Rail moves through perspective.
Buildings remain anchored to physical locations.
Tree remains anchored.
Streetlights remain anchored.
Pedestrians remain consistent.
Nothing vanishes.
Nothing teleports.
Nothing regenerates.
ββββββββββββββββββββββββ
SOUND
ββββββββββββββββββββββββ
Use sound to communicate SPEED.
Fast wheels:
RRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRβ
Strong push:
SCRAPEβRRRR!
Tail:
CLACK!
Landing:
K-CLACK!
Rail:
SKRRRRRRRRRR!
Rough pavement changes wheel vibration.
Fabric:
FWIP.
Wind increases slightly with speed.
Landing should sound HEAVY.
NO giant cinematic sound effects.
NO magical sounds.
ββββββββββββββββββββββββ
STRICTLY AVOID
ββββββββββββββββββββββββ
NO SLOW MOVEMENT.
NO SLOW MOTION.
NO FLOATING.
NO LONG AIRTIME.
NO SLOW CROUCHING.
NO SLOW PUSHING.
NO PAUSING AFTER TRICKS.
NO HERO POSES.
NO BEGINNER SKATING.
NO ROBOTIC BODY MOVEMENT.
NO MAGNETIC BOARD.
NO VFX.
NO SPARKS.
NO SMOKE.
NO PARTICLES.
NO CHANGING BUILDINGS.
NO DISAPPEARING OBJECTS.
NO BACKGROUND MORPHING.
NO TELEPORTATION.
NO CUTS.
NO CGI LOOK.
ββββββββββββββββββββββββ
FINAL TARGET
ββββββββββββββββββββββββ
The SET is stable.
The CAMERA is controlled.
But the GIRL IS FAST.
She should feel like a genuinely talented skateboarder being filmed inside a handcrafted claymation movie.
15 SECONDS:
ALREADY MOVING FAST.
PUSH.
PUSH.
ACCELERATE.
OLLIE.
LAND.
KEEP MOVING.
POP.
FAST BOARDSLIDE.
LAND.
WOBBLE.
SAVE IT.
CARVE.
PUSH HARD.
STAIR SET.
OLLIE.
HARD LANDING.
SAVE.
ROLL AWAY FAST.
BLACK.
REAL HUMAN ATHLETIC TIMING.
REAL MOMENTUM.
REAL SKATE PHYSICS.
PREMIUM HANDCRAFTED CLAYMATION.
STABLE MINIATURE ENVIRONMENT.
NO VFX.
EVERY SECOND MOVES.
EXACTLY 15 SECONDS.
