@PrideOfDetroit Solved. He is back at practice 🫶

[Seb @Seb_1985]

@PrideOfDetroit Did you get an update about Laporta?

[Seb @Seb_1985]

@Lions @Patriots Yeah! Wir sehen uns in München!

[Seb @Seb_1985]

@DetroitOnLion Dont worry about the minority. Most people are with you. Just the grumbler and innocent teens are complaining.

Winning season, Great core, GM and HC which brought us here.
Good reason to be happy 😁

[Seb @Seb_1985]

@nolanbianchi Great take! Fully agree with all of it!

It’s funny how Lions fans mocked people who begged Brad Holmes to go all-in for 2023-2024.

“You can’t trade a 1st round pick for Danielle Hunter!”

“Our window is 8 years, not 2!”

“Let Brad cook!!!”

Meanwhile, in 2021, the Rams:

-said “F-them draft picks”

-signed Jalen Ramsey to the biggest contract for a defensive back in history

-signed Odell Brettham Jr.

-traded for Von Miller

-won the Super Bowl

The Rams had been 43-21 under Sean McVay, and had already made a Super Bowl.

They didn’t obsess over maintaining that success. They wanted to finish the job.

They went all-in, and got their title.

Did their massive spending and unloading of draft capital cripple the franchise?

Nope.

They had one bad year, with Stafford out half the season.

Then won 10+ games in all 3 seasons since.

They are currently heavy favorites to win the Super Bowl…again.

At least we didn’t trade that precious draft pick to acquire a Top-10 all-time pass rusher in his prime.

The Lions didn’t need Danielle Hunter that day in Santa Clara, on the doorstep of a Super Bowl.

Drafting Terrion Arnold (one of the worst-graded CBs in history) a few months after the collapse was more important.

@nolanbianchi Why? Just win out and we are fine 😅

Trust in Holmes and Campbell.

[Seb @Seb_1985]

@davebirkett @freep Season is not over, yet. But the search for a modern/experienced/creative OC should be Prio 1.
Shep will develop and get better next year.

Sign a experienced Center, Draft a Tackle (1st or 2nd), Edge (1st or 2nd) and a TE.
We have a great core, HC and GM. Dont forget!

[Vic Vela @VicVela1]

@BenjaminSRaven I’m just a Broncos fan watching from afar. But that press conference makes me wanna run through a wall for Campbell. He’s built an incredible culture in Detroit. I had to witness a lot of Broncos disappointments before we finally won our first SB. It WILL happen for you, Detroit.

You gotta laugh.....

SOL crawling out the woodwork so fast you'd think they'd been lost in it for the last 4 years.....

People clearly still don't understand this team, we are very much in this game!!!!!!!

[Seb @Seb_1985]

@DetroitOnLion Big thank you from a Lions Fan from Austria! Without POD, You and all the team it would be tough to follow the Lions from over the ocean!
Happy new year! Keep it goin!
