With all the air movements and political statements in recent days, I do think there's a high chance Russia are going to try something even more stupid in eastern Europe (as per the US intel)...

If I had to bet money, I'd say there's a good chance of a limited invasion of Lithuania through Belarus to link Kaliningrad by land to the main pro-Russia landmass and cut off the other Baltic states, with the potential to become a full invasion of Latvia and Estonia too if NATO's reaction is anything less than forceful.

Of course it will be pre-empted by further "grey zone" attacks by UAVs and missiles at a level low enough that both sides can deny (as is currently occuring).

I have no doubt it will be a bloody affair regardless of the extent to which NATO reacts...

Hopefully NATO leaders have the spine to deal with it, otherwise NATO is dead and all the current efforts to rapidly prepare will be in vain...
