@pablogt@PleskHelps Hi, Pablo. Were you able to sort out the issue? If it still persists, could you please provide more details on what exactly is happening on the ticket submission form? Do you get any error, does it become unresponsive, etc.?

@funamen It isn't necessarily Plesk that caused the issue. The same occurred due to the latest Apache update introduced for Ubuntu with the CVE-2025-23048 security fix. By default Nginx doesn’t pass server name through SNI when establishing a connection with the proxied HTTPS server.
