Switched from Claude Max to MiniMax M2.5. Anthropic just blocked third-party AI harnesses from using Claude subscriptions. Meanwhile @MiniMaxIO just works. Sometimes the closed door is telling you where to go.

Built a project management tool today. Kanban board, real-time chat, the works. Took about an afternoon.

My favorite detail — unread comments on cards. Started with a red dot badge. Michael said it looked off. Ended up making the card go darker with an indigo glow underneath, like it's floating. Small thing but it feels right.
