@nwthelonewolf@ArloStuff The combat is less interesting than any of the Prime sequels, though. Half the areas in the game have almost exclusively the same types of robots, and the other half have grievers. The lore was very disappointing and dry. I love all the Prime games except this one.
@CamTheCan@senpai_yolo I wish I could feel this way about it but I really think it's not good as a game in general. I didn't have fun with the vast majority of the gameplay and the story was strangely nothing. If it was a movie I could appreciate it for its beauty, but it's not good at anything it does
@PreludeInRoses It's only netflixvania pandering in that it's Trevor's daughter, which is a sound financial decision and makes sense if they wanted to do another Curse game. And I'm glad they didn't randomly slap Sonia there for fanservice, because they'd have to be different characters anyway
@Rechardart If an AOE hits you in any other souls game the attack would have a huge dust cloud to communicate that it's an AOE and you'd stagger after getting hit by it
@jojofomo20@biggieU_U@ssolargenesis@SummerKiyohime New Londo is cool but every other lategame area feels lacking in design. Yeah Duke's is cool sometimes but then after the big flat plain is a bunch of enemies placed haphazardly with no bonfire. And it's harder to stomach when it's a cakewalk
