What a shame it took 6 calls to @sainsburys to try and sort online priority slot for vulnerable parents only to be told they don't qualify as although they've had a letter from government telling them to stay at home as dad has blood cancer, theyre not over 70!! #fedup#nothappy

My parents are on the vulnerable list +my dad has cancer. Struggling to access priorityslot.They can't go out and are relying on me to travel 60miles round trip to deliver food.They have registered as vulnerable on government website but at a loss @AsdaServiceTeam can you help??
