A few months ago, while I was on the floor absolutely drenched in my own blood, I came to the conclusion that society deserves mass shootings. I did not hold that belief before that moment. The Regents of the University of California are responsible for making that moment occur.
I had 600 supersonic hollow-point .300 AAC Blackout rounds in twenty 30-round magazines. I was close to killing a very large amount UC Irvine students in a very short amount of time.
Incarceration desensitizes individuals to violence, and it trains them to view violence as a valid solution to conflicts. One does not experience incarceration and become less prone to committing acts of violence than they otherwise would be had they not been subjected thereto.
In the year 2020, I had prepared to commit a mass shooting on the UC Irvine campus. My intent was to cause financial injury to the University. I had planned to pursue the shooting of students in the event that the University failed to provide restitution for my injuries.
Judge Steiner stated that he believes I will commit a mass shooting at UC Irvine sometime next year, in 2022. He also apologized to the UC Irvine students that he believes I will massacre, stating that he is sorry that he cannot do more to prevent me from killing them.
Criminal negligence: (law) recklessly acting without reasonable caution and putting another person at risk of injury or death (or failing to do something with the same consequences).
Proceed cautiously, UC Irvine. I still wish to put effort into a timely graduation. Any unjust interference with my efforts will have significant legal ramifications.
