Sebastian Tug

That Holmes teacher with all the superheroes, too many Magic cards and a classy as hell accent. He/Him.

A wounded ear is not a qualification to be President.

[Sebastian Tug @Sebastian_Tug]

I'd post it properly here, but you know, I ain't paying for Twitter. Especially not now.

Here are my thoughts. Now, taking a break from socials for a little while...

[No Context Brits @NoContextBrits]

Being British is wanting to move to America as a child then thinking “fuck that” as an adult.

[Susie Dent @susie_dent]

Word of the day is ‘recrudescence’ (17th century): the return of something terrible after a time of reprieve.

[Sebastian Tug @Sebastian_Tug]

Apparently, about half of Americans have a memory that only lasts approximately three and a half years.

[Sebastian Tug @Sebastian_Tug]

Hope beyond hope.
It was like this in 2020.
Hope beyond hope, friends.

[Sebastian Tug @Sebastian_Tug]

Goddammit, Texas.

I so badly want to have faith in you and you burn me again and again and again.

[Sebastian Tug @Sebastian_Tug]

@heymrsbond I've had very similar exchanges in my classroom - and considering I'm a straight white guy - I can only assume it means I'm doing something right!

[Sebastian Tug @Sebastian_Tug]

...and get this man a Doritos Loco taco!

@heymrsbond "Alright, people, let me see some eyeballs."

[Sebastian Tug @Sebastian_Tug]

@heymrsbond Harris came down here in the last couple weeks before the election - right in the middle of her final swing state push.

That tells me that she's seen data that tells us that there's a chance of us flipping this year - a slim one, but a chance.

Don't give up on Texas yet.

[Sebastian Tug @Sebastian_Tug]

@slimeguyethan From the UK, teach in the US.

Yep, no-one knows what these terms mean.

[Sebastian Tug @Sebastian_Tug]

@ghirapurigears @SplatKing2099 I respect that, I understand that, and I support you.

It's still sad though. You've been a great voice for us hardcore casuals for a long time.

[Sebastian Tug @Sebastian_Tug]

This is absolutely insane. This cannot be legal. Someone lock this asshole up and donate all his goddamn money to public education.

[Yashar Ali 🐘 @yashar]

Elon Musk just announced on stage that his SuperPAC will be awarding $1 million to a person chosen at random that has signed his SuperPAC’s petition.

He says he will be doing it every day through election day.

He brought a man on stage and gave him a big $1 million check after this.

[Sebastian Tug @Sebastian_Tug]

@Hi_Its_Quest I mean, with a batmobile that large, there is definitely always going to be "something in the way".

[Sebastian Tug @Sebastian_Tug]

Colin Allred is absolutely crushing Ted Cruz in this debate and I'm enjoying every moment of it.

I haven't been Allred's biggest supporter this cycle, but he is shining tonight. Come on guys, it's time to ditch Cruz once and for all.

@MasterTainment God, I love 12. I have his quotes all over my classroom walls to keep me going.

"I do what I do because it's right! Because it's decent! And above all, it's kind! Just that. Just kind."

@Elphaba_Anne Who's the villain of the story? It was Agatha All Along.

Who's the hero of the story? It was also Agatha All Along.

[Sebastian Tug @Sebastian_Tug]

@ghirapurigears This is the all star in my Firesong and Sunspeaker deck.

My record is 6084 life gained from it. Keep hoping I'll beat it one day.
