@xoofx @neuecc One day the Orchard team reviewed a PR and it took us a few minutes to grasp what this was doing. So I submitted the pattern in the internal dotnet chat. Two incredible dotnet runtime devs disagreed on what the code was checking. Only Jared was able to explain.

@brunoborges @neuecc Node not scaling means that they didn't configure it to scale. Because node by design scales linearly with the number of cores: 1 process per CPU. Single core result isn't shocking though.
