I chose refund. Still waiting after 6 days. Will do a charge back Monday if no news.

@Ticket_Help2022 @ScottFriedman3 @StubHub The newest scam I just encountered this past week as a buyer is a seller supposedly sending me tickets to the show on TM even though the primary was a local site that just provided PDFs.
StubHub kept saying the seller provided real proof of transfer on TM which is impossible.

I have an account manager, claims specialist and an account growth manager… no one seems to really help.

I have been charged thousands even after showing proof of transfer.
I have also not been refunded for purchases after the seller shows fake proof of transfer.
StubHub is a wild place, not for the faint of heart.
