An NBM (Aye) cultist policeman named Victor Chinweike was arrested at an NBM cult initiation ground held on Saturday night/Sunday morning, August 2, 2026, in Nekede, Owerri, Imo State. Victor Chinweike is serving at Iho Police Division, Ikeduru LGA, Imo State.

On Saturday, August 1, Naija Confra received intel that the NBM (Aye) cult group would be carrying out a cult initiation inside a bush. We did not inform the public to avoid alerting the NBM cultists. We contacted our security sources in Imo State, but they were already aware of the intel before we reached out and assured us that they would act on it.

Today, August 3, Naija Confra received reports that the hardworking Imo State Police Command, led by the ever-active CP Audu Garba Bosso, stormed the initiation ground at a bush camp in South Africa, Umuokomoche, Nekede, Owerri West LGA, where they arrested Chiwuike Victor (27 years), who was dressed in camouflage uniform (right picture), at the scene, while other NBM cultists fled. Exhibits recovered from him included 2 Beretta pist0ls with 5 rounds of live ammunition and one locally made single-barrel pist0l, all concealed in a black handbag. Victor Chinweike is a Police Constable and Naija Confra gathered that he joined the Nigeria Police Force in January 2025.

This once again confirms Naija Confra’s position that some security personnel who are cultists aid their cult groups in violent activities, and that cultism should have no place in our security institutions. Reject Cultism.
