. The faculty has not completed the complete portions as they are in a hurry to conduct the exams and wash their hands.Putting question papers is easier than to teach I guess for them.

The circumstances are beyond explainable. Moreover Bihar is on high alert of heavy rain, if by chance anything goes wrong, then what?Internet connectivity is such a big challenge but what we care is just taking exams somehow.
