Years ago I had a @Zipcar membership with no monthly fees and paid per use. I didn't live in a city with Zipcars and only used them when travelling. Today, Zipcar announced they're summarily going to start charging me a monthly fee. Does not seem legit.

@Spotify @SpotifyCares what a ridiculous identity verification system, and not at all consistent with industry standards (e.g. Mother's maiden name, name of first pet, etc.) - it's absurd that the only solution provided is to create a new email and my real one can't be reset

@Spotify Just had a horrific customer support experience - when trying to log into my account that I haven't used in 5 years, to upgrade from Free to Premium, I am unable to reset my password, with an error saying that my email isn't associated with an active account

@Spotify this is clearly an impossible task, and I am otherwise frozen out of my account, they won't disable the account and let me use my email to create a new one either - the ONLY solution they gave is to CREATE A BRAND NEW EMAIL JUST FOR A NEW ACCOUNT
