My son, a university degree isn’t enough to make you wealthy. It only makes you employable.
To build real wealth, a man requires two educations. The first education secures the job. It simply puts the seed in your hand. The second education is financial. It supplies your knowledge of the soil.
Many men work tirelessly to gather seeds, only to let them rot in their pockets because they never studied the ground.
If you know how to earn the seed, and you know how to find good soil, only bad luck can keep you poor.
Be blessed.
What happens to ovacado btn the market and home must be investigated. In the market it's ready and firm and you even tell the seller " I will take this one" with a glee. Getting home nga it's rotten. You want to blame the seller but then you realize you chose
@justinenantale2 This sounds personal. Originally dogs were wild animals which man had to domesticate. Failing to domesticate your dog bulungi bulungi doesn't mean all dogs are the same. I hope this post is still about dogs 😆
The LORD your God is living among you. He is a mighty savior. He takes delight in you with gladness. With His love, He will calm all your fears. He will rejoice over you with joyful songs. Zephaniah 3:17
DISCERNMENT OF SEASONS AND TIMES: STUDYING PATTERNS II
Ecclesiastes 3:15 (NKJV): “That which is has already been, And what is to be has already been; And God requires an account of what is past.”
God is preparing to elevate you into your next dimension of glory and influence. However, this divine promotion is not accidental; it is governed by spiritual keys. Chief among these keys is the capacity to discern times and seasons.
Within the wisdom of discerning these divine timings lies a fundamental discipline: the ability to study and decode spiritual patterns.
One such pattern is one’s birth date. Many believers remain blind to the reality that their very date of birth is a profound pattern. Your birthday is not merely a chronological milestone; it marks the conclusion of one spiritual cycle and the beginning of another.
There are specific gates and portals that swing open to you exclusively on the anniversary of your birth. This is because that precise day marks the historical moment your star ascended and became visible in the cosmos.
Consequently, as you approach your birthday each year, your spiritual posture must shift. During this sacred window, you must be intentional with your prayers. Inquire of the Lord concerning the blueprint of the upcoming cycle of your life. Command spiritual realities over your new age.
You cannot afford to be numbered among those who casually realize weeks later that their birthday has simply come and gone. It is far too significant. Your birthday is a recurring spiritual pattern; one that directly governs the trajectory of your seasons and times. Position yourself to receive what the season holds.
FURTHER STUDY: Psalm 90:12; Job 32:7
PRAYER: Heavenly Father, I receive this word with deep reverence. I thank You because my life and my eternal destiny are intricately woven into Your divine blueprint. I know that no day is random, and no year was designed to pass without significance. I will never drift blindly through my seasons. Today, I position myself, fully aligned and awake to every great thing You are birthing through my changing seasons. In Jesus’ mighty Name, Amen.

Which Way Uganda’s Coffee
At the end of June we went to Belgium for the World of Coffee. I updated daily about our experience which you might have followed. But to recap. Uganda put its best foot forward. We made the most of our lead role at the event as the Portrait Country. This has solidified our position in the market as a desirable origin. The effect of this is to further drive up demand for Ugandan coffee. This has brought a fundamental question to the fore. How do we respond to the opportunity? If we stay the way we are, we cannot meet demand.
We have to fix two things. The first is crop production with a specific focus on yield and quality. This has a number. We need to move our national average annual yield per tree to a minimum of 600 kgs of Fair Average Quality beans per acre. It means each tree should do 1.5 kgs. Currently it is between 500 to 800 grams. On quality, we need to optimize on bean size and how we handle them from the garden to market. The second action is to enhance the value chain capacity. This simply means skills, liquidity and logistics to take the coffee to market. Apart from the growth in financial turnover that will accrue, jobs in the coffee sub-sector or in support of it will increase.Currently coffee provides a livelihood for approximately 12. It can go to 16 or even 17 million.
But perhaps the most compelling argument is that those who produce the coffee will be in a better position to command an even higher payback for their effort. Improved production means higher prices for more coffee. Considering the current business model, the money will go straight to the one who has the coffee to sell. No intermediaries. The current argument that middlemen are cheating farmers is false. The net effect of what we are proposing is to empower the producer and create access to the market.
This can deliver incredible results if policy formulation allows it to work. Here is why. I saw in Brussels how a collaboration between Government, Development Agencies and private coffee businesses can deliver powerful outcomes. The guys at the Coffee Production unit of the Agriculture ministry have spent the least couple of years working with support of International Trade Centre on a national brand. It was launched at the WoC to significant market awareness. To get the lead role at this event involved coordinating with the organizers at @SpecialtyCoffee and @ICOCoffeeOrg. The location and set up of the booth was an absolute winner. Most importantly they published geographic locations of the different coffees that Uganda produces. This speaks to profile, a major product differentiator in the coffee market. The @mofpedU availed money to make this possible, the @UgandaMFA deployed a team from head office and our local embassy. @ITCnews facilitated SMEs to attend. Hon. @DESIREtheFARMER the Minister of State for Agriculture came herself along with her @PS_MAAIF, @rggoobi the Permanent Secretary/Secretary to the Treasury and @Tybisa Permanent Secretary/Ministry of Foreign Affairs. As did our Ambassadors based in Brussels, Geneva and those from head office in charge of economic diplomacy. Solomon Rutega, the Ugandan who heads @coffee_inter made a prominent presence. It is this that gave Uganda positive status and gravitas.
We can use this template to drive the specific interventions into production and value chain improvements that can take us forward. It is worth trying.

@Evelyn_Nakaayi This sounds personal. It's the role of journalism to publish injustices. So, what did u mean when you said that football is not journalism? I may have gone ahead of myself.
Cuti Romero had 11 yellow cards and 2 red cards for Spurs last season the most of any PL defender.
At this World Cup, despite several crunching tackles, he still hasn’t received a single yellow card.
Interesting 😂😂
