If you want chances from pro teams. The best way is to qual to top 16 on your own bubble team. Most people who are picked up have made top 16 on their own pretty consistantly.

In season X, 11.8% of all possible top 16 spots were taken by rookies. (about 60% were previous rlrs players)
In season 21-22, 5.56%.
In season 22-23, 2.1%.

81 rookies in total. 21 were picked up. The rest qualed on bubble teams first.
