@Rajiva2011 @cfonoida @noidapolice There is no standard procedure and checking while giving NOC .. moreover , safety is always compromised during builders tenure but when AOA reaches out to @cfonoida this is quite different and difficult as new conditions of safety are added which usually were ignored earlier 😢

No Apex bodies have power to correct it neither @noida_authority

Fire safety is the top most priority for high rise societies. Majority societies still struggle in getting NOCs for the same. Multiple reasons, starting with builder cutting corners. Fire department needs to help AOAs in creating fire safe condominiums. @noidapolice

Much needed streamlining of process for issuing NOC's for operating swimming pools in high rise societies in GBN. Entire process including application requests & fee needs to be digitalized & made online. Saves time both for AOAs as well as administration. @GbnSdm
