Teachers,
We understand the stress and pressure you’ve been through the past three years. Burnout is all too real and at an all time high.
Our first activity at our back to school inservice is a seminar on mental health and pushing past your boundaries to overcome burnout!
Teachers know what is best for their students because they eat, sleep, and breathe for the kids in their classroom every waking moment!
We must trust the martyrs…I mean teachers.

This Job Is Pretty Sweet
I Just Attend a Few Read Alouds a Week, Make a Few Mild Proclamations, Like, “Children are our future, so schools and teachers are the keys to the future,” Do Zilch to Bring About Actual Change, and Collect the Checks

@BRussell2017 Bethany, you seem agitated.
Perhaps a mental health day is in order. Make sure you aren’t adding extra work to any colleagues before you take that day, though!
Teachers, we know that mental health is a valid reason for taking sick days.
But we at the Dept have a question.
Before you take that day, please consider your colleagues’ and students’ mental health. Will your absence cause stress? If so, maybe reconsider your fake sick day.
