Build No. 1045 has just been released for Secretary's Helper v.4. This is to address an issue with the Grand Lodge Fees table which became apparent ater the Build 1044 update.

Build No. 1044 has just been released for Secretary's Helper v.4. The major item in this build is the charging of GST on Certificates by the Grand Lodge of Alberta. This has necessitated changes to the financial sheet of the Membership Return.

Build 1043 is released: If you have updated Windows to include recent optional update to Microsoft Office (version 1909, build 18363.693), you will need this Secretary's Helper build for your backup/restore routine to work.
Other minor changes are detailed in the update file.

A recent change may have made the logo on the official letters disappear. Fix it under "Tools" | "Image Maintenance".

Build 1041 is released today. Mainly a bug fix on the indexing of names which gave us an opportunity to speed up some related code.

Build 1040 is released with a new feature which will appeal to all Secretaries-One step updating of officers. Coming up to Installation, do it in advance and they will magically appear the day following your installation (as defined). Check it out at "Tools" | "Change Officers".

Build 1039 with a new start-up photo is now the current version. Users will be prompted to update when next they run the application. Several minor bugfixes / adjustments are done in this version relative to the Suspension Letters, emailing a Candidate and listing of Officers.

Build 1038 is now live. Fixed a bug when creating a member from a candidate which didn't allow for the automatic removal of the candidate and a couple of other minor matters. Feedback from users is very positive.

Today saw the release of Build 1037 of Version 4. This has major upgrades: completely remove a member or candidate record; remove addresses where none exist. New photo on the splash screen of St. Michaels, Linlithgow, Scotland.

Build 1035 has just been released. Mainly some speed enhancements in Statistics and a code revision when converting a candidate to a member.

Build 1033 of Secretary's Helper v4 is now the current build.

Just a few tweaks to the handling of attachments in the email area as well as access to the email groups even if you don't have the email sending activated.
