Incredibly frustrated and disappointed with @VerizonSupport experience, which now spans 3+ hours on the phone over two days, as well as ~12 different representatives – none of whom are able or willing to resolve a fundamental customer service issue.

Think about this –– teachers will need 180 hours to renew their teaching license so they can teach your kids, but only up to 24 hours of training to carry a gun around them.

That is insane.
