OMG. Staff at a @FortBendISD middle school in Texas were fired after a nonverbal child was left lying on the school floor for TWO HOURS before being taken to the hospital for a broken femur.

The staff reportedly sat in the room laughing, talking, and eating food while the child cried in pain.

How was this allowed to happen??
