For me, what makes a movie, great and worth watching are more on having an interesting and meaningful plot with characters that are fleshed out with understandable intentions. As long as a movie is made with passion and full effort, I'm sure it's great :)

An example of "False news" that I can remember is when the COVID-19 Vaccine is said to have tracker chips or when it is said that the vaccine contains the live virus. This is fake news because it has already been confirmed otherwise by reliable sources.

And even if it was true, from my understanding, it would've already been acknowledged/talked about by a lot of people, especially with the authorities and such as it would be an important topic concerning the safety of others and most likely would've already been acted upon.

It is also as said in that same article, "When more people chime in on a post as being false, it signals that sharing misinformation is frowned upon by the group more generally." which goes to show that it can really help, even if it isn't by a large margin just yet.
