She was a very loving and lonely person so having Melody around was practically the only thing she'd ever wanted. Someone who actually cared.
"It takes one helluva duck to handle me for more than five minutes..."
"Oh trust me. Just by being here.
You've already shown me something amazing~" she gave a slight flirt now that she's finally regained her mindset.
It was crazy but it was real.
She kept herself tucked nice and close to the other. Hell. She hadn't smiled like this in ages it felt like.
"I mean. I have this shitty little apartment. I mean. It kept me off the streets so I guess it ain't all that bad. Just. Shitty." She chuckled.
It didn't help that the artist could manipulate everything here. She knew they were all painted and not actually real.
She nuzzled against them, pocketing her brush while hooking an arm around Vic.
"So, I've not real place for us to stay. . "
She smirked a little. Just being glad for someone who seemed to understand how she felt.
It was them against the whole world. If anyone had a problem with Mel; they'd have to answer to Vic.
She would go to war for this woman.
Taking a breath as they re-emerged, she looked+
+ass and prove that we can do whatever we want to?"
After all, what fun was the predicability of living in a painting of their own design... When they could instead wreck their own brands of havoc onto the world filled with those who never believe in either of them?
There was a long pause. Vic looked at the window. Trying to decide. That world had been nothing but a wreck. Here... Things could be better- but.
She suddenly chuckled softly and turned to look her in the eyes.
"Mel. What fun would it be if we didn't have to kick everyone's+
"Then, we will teach them good taste. . "
She looks back at the window behind her, leading to the outside world.
"We can head back to our mundane existence or I can seal that world away permanently. ."
