When Punk got fired from AEW

They said his wrestling career was over.

They said he was washed.

They said he was injury prone.

They said WWE would never hire him.

They said he would crash out any day now.

They said Night 1 wasn't the real main event.

He silenced all haters!

@NamitKhanna7 @kamaalrkhan @SaffronChargers What's with Tuesday? Come to Bengal, Assam and see. This is only some Northie nonsense. You think Gods will not curse you if you eat non veg on specific days only?

[CM Punk Guy @SecondCityIcon]

@ArindambasuDr @UpasonaB We voted TMC out to stop this. If this keeps happening even without TMC in power what was the point of poriborton?

CM Punk >>> Dwayne.

People will realize how great this CM Punk run was in hindsight. Privileged to see the last real wrestler at his peak.

@Sanguine_Hood @someballfacts @Dazzyjay20 @theLastKm7 @albimiamis As someone who loves Messi let me tell you this, you are confusing playmaker with assists or chances created. They are not the same.

[CM Punk Guy @SecondCityIcon]

TKO are absolutely disgusting.

Conrad Thompson claims the rumored number for WWE’s proposed pay cut to The New Level was 75%:

“There was lots of rumor and innuendo at the time that they were taking a 50% pay cut. The rumor and innuendo that I’ve heard is it was actually a 75% pay cut, and some of that was confirmed on an interview with Ariel Helwani.

Now they didn’t say 75, but that’s the number I’ve heard bandied around.”

@BarryBerkman6 I think it's right up there. Feud with Eddie, feud with Max, feud with Drew. So many great matches from AEW to WWE. Revived Balor's career. Brought back Gargano. Had one of the greatest Mania main events of all time. Hard to remember the last time he had a bad match, probably Jey

[CM Punk Guy @SecondCityIcon]

@wwe_wwf_Junkie I watched it and it felt like a proper Wrestlemania vibe. Great moments, great crowd reactions and some decent matches. I rarely watch AEW anymore but really found the show more enjoyable than any recent WWE PPV.

[CM Punk Guy @SecondCityIcon]

@dwijgad Obviously it's mythology! You think it's real? Who's stop people from liking it? I like reading Batman comics, am a crazy fan, I don't think Batman is actually real. Grow up.

[CM Punk Guy @SecondCityIcon]

Being world champion is not the same as being the face of the company. It's a TV show not real competition.

[Wrestle Features @WrestleFeatures]

Something has gone seriously wrong if Oba Femi doesn’t walk out of WrestleMania 43 as World Champion.

[CM Punk Guy @SecondCityIcon]

@dwijgad History doesn't care about your beliefs it's fact. Just like Illiad and Odyssey are mythology, same way here. If not there would be plenty of evidence by now.

[CM Punk Guy @SecondCityIcon]

@dwijgad Only an uneducated dehati would resort to mom jokes in big 2026 but I guess scraping the bottom of the barrell is par for course for sanghi IT cell.

[CM Punk Guy @SecondCityIcon]

@dwijgad @Arpit2311 @iloveoffending_ @trigguuuu Who cares? I am not Muslim, I don't care, you're a dehati though.

[CM Punk Guy @SecondCityIcon]

@dwijgad @Arpit2311 @iloveoffending_ @trigguuuu At least I am not a sadakchap dehati like you who twerks for a party of dehatis for Rs 2 per tweet.

[CM Punk Guy @SecondCityIcon]

@Arpit2311 @iloveoffending_ @trigguuuu Please show archeological proof.
