@maglossop7 @SkillsMastery_ You’d need to do some research and I’m sure he did. But there are a lotta factors involved in storing wine. Some bottles can be so costly you do not want any mistakes. My brother in law had bottles that would go for 3k+ . But even with proper storage you can have bad bottles.

@GymBr_o Off subject but we did ribs last week, standard procedure, we seasoned and steamed the ribs until tender then sauced and finished in the same Weber kettle charcoal grill. Say about an hour. The mesquite charcoal was noticeable but not overpowering with the smoke. Maybe my best.
