@Corn_Flake_Girl @FPLMoneyballer @jillmcmullon @BasedMillwall @markofagenius @Mumofone2009 Then if one could to opt out and reduce their tax outgoings, say they were earning somewhere between 25k and 40k, you'd save between £80-£150 a month, thats enough to cover one of the cheaper health insurance plans whilst you're young, but you wouldn't be covered for much.

@Corn_Flake_Girl @FPLMoneyballer @jillmcmullon @BasedMillwall @markofagenius @Mumofone2009 If you could opt out, I doubt you wouldn't be due a rebate given you presumably used the NHS all your life, a low to middle earner costs more to the NHS than they put in through their taxes until a certain age, you'd probably owe the state money to settle your bill, so to speak.
